,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Panning ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Trying to get the hang of panning in the street. I feel uncertain of this photo but I'm still in the infant stage and trying to figure out all the proper settings.
A couple of shooters said this one is just fine, still I feel as if panning has not been achieved properly.Angle is shooting straight at the sun but still standing in the shade.
Rider is looking at another vendor wearing a pink coat with her hair tied back.
The bright back ground is the Gulf of Thailand and you can make out a small island just above the blue cover.
Hanging from the racks on the sidecar is dried squid a favorite snack for the Thais.
I'll keep working on panning in the streets as time goes on.
Reading comments from Joe McNally, Bryan Peterson, David Bush, Scott Kelby, and others about the art of panning. They all seem to say one thing about panning, " It will take a lot of practice ! "
So here I go a new project, maybe I can do some panning of the wild monkeys just down the road, just a thought...;-)~

Baby Monet Hat

Baby Monet Hat

I hand crocheted this 6 month old baby hat with pure cotton yarn. This hat is in a shell pattern with variegated shades of blue, green and aqua. It reminds me of a Monet painting hence it's name.

Flower was made to be completely removable.
